The Voigtlander Bessa I is a vertical-folding, medium format camera that dates back to 1950. It uses 120 film to make 6x9cm images (or 6x4.5cm with the appropriate mask inserted). The Bessa I is a pretty simple and straightforward medium format folder. It has double exposure prevention and an accessory shoe for mounting flash. The Bessa I could be found with a few different shutter/lens combinations but is typically seen with a 105mm lens.
This Voigtlander Bessa I is equipped with a Voigtlander Vaskar 105mm f4.5 lens in a Prontor-S shutter.
